Dani, myself, Emily and Maddie spent the day at Weston beach grabbing some radtastic new images for our portfolio. For those “in the know” aka www.twitter.com/CBMedia – we’re in the middle of setting up our first commercial shop so we wanted some striking images to show off in the new studio.
We love shooting weddings! We love the variety of fantastic people we meet. However, when we meet a couple who are totally on the same wave-length as us – it goes way beyond loving weddings or even our love for photography. Some couples leave a lasting impression. To be short – Claire and Tim were awesome in ever.single.way.
GARRR-BOOOOM-ZAP-A-LAP-A-FROOM-BARRRR… A similar noise was made to express the awesomeness of Claire’s bridemaids.

Shooting your wedding was probably the most fun I could have with my clothes on! Thank you guys.
Dani and I were sunning it up on our honeymoon in Mexico when we received a message from Laura. Laura and I go back to my college days so I was delighted when she mentioned that her brother is getting married and wanted us to shoot their wedding. Kate and Andy got married at Clearwell Castle – where awesome lives.
Nerves!
Kate and Andy planned the entire wedding in 5 weeks! It takes me that long wake up in the morning. True story-ish.
This is just Laura being a legend. 
Did I mention that I recently also married the 50mm 1.2 whilst we were away? Dani doesn’t know this yet.

We had to walk a long way to get this shot. Totally worth it.

As you can’t help but notice – we have an awesome new home! First of all we hope like it! We’ve been planning the new site and blog since around early March this year. The design has changed about six and half bajillion times before we settled on the current version courtesy of Dani and the rest of the family who have been guinea-pigs to various designs over the last 6-7 months.
In terms of it’s functionality – it keeps it basic navigation and menu from the last site but we’ve combined this with new snazzy visuals to create something that’s eye catching, modern and easy to use.
It’s still a massive work in progress. We have loads of new ideas to incorporate over the next few weeks and months but we’re going to take our time over these.
